To be, or not to be, That isn't really the question...
Hello there.
I'm aware that I haven't been writing very much at all recently.
This is due to a few reasons
firstly, I really haven't had time. Whilst I apologise for my lack of foresight in not allowing time for this most important of activities, I assure you all that this is by no means a "cop-out" excuse. Actually, mainly I've been day-dreaming about snowboarding and trying to organise my finances so that I can afford to go out to France from November 2005 until May 2006.
This may come as a shock to a few of my readers, but I'm pretty sure that most people that read this blog have already been told.
It's by no means sent in stone but I hope to be travelling out to France, Courchevel region, La Tania or Le Sapin next November to work in a chalet, cooking breakfast, cleaning toilets, cooking dinner and a cake for Boarders from around the world. Sounds daunting but I realised that having forsaken the delights of university I haven't yet experienced any form of living outside of my parents maison. (nice, classy use of french their Rodney -ed)
I'm just, to be totally honest, a bit bored with getting up and going to the office everyday. I really don't mean to sound ungrateful, as I'm very pleased to have the job I do, and contrary to what people think I do actually enjoy my job. (sometimes - ed)
So, I'm trying to put into practice the seize the day mentality and jst going for it. I figure the more people I tell the more people I'll owe it to to actually do it.
Enough about me...
Here's a topic for discussion which I hope will provide ample opportunity for comments from any and every reader.
In a recent staff survey, approx. 80% of HSBC staff voted that they would support an amendment to the law that would allow euthenasia.
The question didn't even specify "extreme cases"!
I'm one of the 20% who voted against it. I think it would be ridiculous to grant someone the task of deciding whether or not someone qualified for being killed. How would you advertise that kind of job.
"Position available - decide who lives or dies!
Wage based on previous experience" ??
No pension scheme - who'd need it...?
What do you think?
Have your say!

post it today!
Cheers guys

[contemplating - who, if anyone, will bother commenting on this?]
